I thought it was over...

I thought that the pain that I was having in my stomach was gone for good. But I guess that it is not. The pain has returned and when it gets to the peak of pain it is so intense that I can even stand it hurts so bad. I know that I am allergic to something but I have not idea what I am allergic too. It sucks not knowing why your stomach hurts.
